Deli-style Pastrami & Pickled Red Cabbage Sandwich

Create your own deli special with a twist on the classic pastrami sandwich that’s every bit as eye-catching as it is delicious.

Bon Appe Product:  Pretzel Hot Dog Buns

  • 4 Pretzel Hot Dog Buns
  • 4 tbsp (60 mL) spicy mustard
  • 150-200 g (5-7 oz) deli-style sliced pastrami, warmed
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pickled red cabbage, drained well

  1. Cut hot dog buns in half along seam to open up as sandwiches.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard on the bottom of each bun.
  3. Roll each slice of pastrami and arrange on top of bun side with mustard. Repeat with other pastrami and buns.
