Our seasoned focaccia is the perfect start to crisp, savoury croutons that elevate an array of dishes, from soups to salads to appetizers, to new heights.

Fresh Baked Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia
1 Bon Appe Artisan Rosemary & Sea Salt Pull-Apart Focaccia
¼ cup (60 mL) extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) freshly grated Parmigiano cheese
1 tsp (5 mL) Italian herb seasoning
Cut focaccia into bite-sized pieces to make about 6 cups. Use a fresh or even day-old focaccia for more crisp.
Preheat oven to 300 °F. Cut focaccia along seams to form bite-sized cubes and place into a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
Drizzle over cubed focaccia and toss well to coat.
Layer seasoned cubes in a single row over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Serve over soup, salad or on their own as appetizers.
