Eclairs with Mocha Chantilly Cream

You’ll have them dreaming of quaint cafés in Paris after just one bite of these easy-to-assemble treats. Serve with a café au lait, espresso, tea or on its own.

Bon Appe Product:  Puff Stix made with NUTELLA®

  • 6 Bon Appé Puff Stix With NUTELLA®
  • 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) granulated sugar
  • 2 to 3 tbsp (30 to 45 mL) strong espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) espresso coffee grinds
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) brandy
  • Chocolate chunk

  1. Carefully, cut each Puff Stix in half along the seam, from end to end. The top half will be thinner; set aside.
  2. To make Mocha Chantilly Cream, add whipping cream and sugar to the very cold bowl of an electric mixer and beat on high just until stiff peaks form.
  3. Add espresso coffee, grinds and brandy mix just until blended. Add cream to a piping bag with a large decorating tip.
  4. Starting at one end of the bottom half of Puff Stix, generously pipe cream to cover entire surface. Grate chocolate over piped cream.
  5. Top with reserved top half of Puff Stix.
